Welcome to CCHRA-Public Transit, your connection to safe and reliable public transit in the rural communities of Claiborne, Jefferson, and Franklin Counties. Our affordable rates and convenient schedules make travel easy and accessible. Serving the area since 1981, we're dedicated to keeping you connected.

Currently, the system operates 26 vehicles of which 18 are wheelchair accessible, and has a staff of 24 drivers and 7 office personnel.

The system was created specifically to provide reliable and safe transportation to all residents of Claiborne County, with no restrictions on age, sex, color, creed, or economic background. In addition, we offer non-emergency medical transportation in surrounding counties and have established employment routes to Copiah and Warren Counties.
