It gives me great pleasure to introduce our company, staff, and services. We are dedicated to providing safe and reliable ridership services for the residents of Claiborne, Franklin, and Jefferson counties.
CCHRA is transportation for "all" meaning we operate our programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin.
Our commitment extends beyond transportation; we strive to make a positive impact on our community while ensuring a clean environment. With our motto, "Transporting Today for a Safer Tomorrow," we focus on reducing pollution and promoting safety by minimizing the number of cars on the road.
We also prioritize assisting individuals facing financial challenges by offering employment routes across Claiborne, Copiah, and Warren counties, with plans for future expansion.

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Since December 1, 1981, we have proudly dedicated ourselves to providing reliable access to transportation services for our community. Our mission is to ensure that everyone can reach their destination safely and efficiently.
CCHRA was initially established to serve the Claiborne County area, focusing on transportation access in this rural part of the state. As demand increased, by 2019, Executive Director Annie Conner led the charge with expansion into Jefferson County and Franklin County, ensuring that more communities could benefit from reliable transit services. Despite this growth, CCHRA remains committed to its core mission: providing accessible transportation for those in need.
