Important Information Before Requesting

Trips should originate from Claiborne, Jefferson, or Franklin County. It is necessary to request your trip at least 24 hours before the date of travel.

 

The fees mentioned are applicable to general passengers. Seniors registered through SWMPDD are exempt from these charges.

 

Medicaid clients should use the number on the back of their card to schedule with Medicaid and prevent out-of-pocket expenses (Medicaid requires a 3-day notice for scheduling).
