How To Ride Transit
Getting Your Request In
Transit rides are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To verify if we can accommodate your trip, please notify us via phone call or submit a request at least 24 hours in advance. You can easily request a ride through our website or by calling our office at (601) 437-3063. Fares can be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
What All Riders Should Know
Important Information to Keep In Mind Once Your Request Has Been Scheduled and Confirmed

Please be ready 30 minutes prior to the requested pickup- time (due to cancellations your driver may arrive earlier than scheduled.)

Please be ready to leave when the driver arrives. Drivers will wait 5 minutes for you upon arrival.

Profanity is not allowed.

All children that do not meet the State/Federal height regulations must have a car seat or booster seat.

You may schedule recurring trips by simply calling our office. Please be mindful that pickup times (pick-up window) may vary.

If you are booking a trip via a Medicaid broker (Modivcare, MTM, Verida, etc.) always ask who is your provider. Just because you've always rode with us in the past, your trip may be picked up by another provider.

Rides cannot be scheduled for holidays when we are closed.

No eating, drinking, or vaping on vehicles.

Service animals welcome.

One Personal Care Attendant/Escort can ride at no additional charge.

PCA/Escorts must be at the same address as the client.

Children of the rider may ride also at no additional charge.
Fares
All fares are based on one-way trips and shall be paid upon boarding the transit vehicle. Fares may be paid by cash, check, or customer balance (always contact our office for a valid dollar amount). Please have the correct change if paying by cash as the drivers do not carry cash and cannot make change. New riders should expect to receive a fare card from the driver; this is a reloadable pre-paid card for transit fares.
If you wish to pay by balance (fare card), funds must already have been added prior to boarding the van. Regarding adding funds to your balance

Funds may be added to your balance in any dollar amount and there is no minimum purchase required.

You may add funds to your balance on Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

Payment may be made via credit card/debit card.

Replacement Fare Cards cost $5.00.
